Terms of Service
1. About AIRA
AIRA is an educational platform developed and operated by Constantin Keschmann ("we", "us", "AIRA"). AIRA helps students learn at their own pace through personalised difficulty levels, gamification (duels, stars, XP), and gives teachers insight into student progress.
By registering for and using AIRA, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Who May Use AIRA
AIRA is designed for use in school environments. Access is granted to Students enrolled by a teacher or school administrator, Teachers who have been granted access to create and manage a class, and School administrators acting on behalf of their institution.
If you are under the age of 16, you may only use AIRA if your school or a parent/guardian has authorised your use of the platform.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration: To use AIRA, you must create an account using a username, display name, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3.2 Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You must not impersonate another person or use a username that is offensive, misleading, or violates any third-party rights.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at con@conkesch.com.
3.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for an extended period, or are associated with misuse of the platform.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use: You may use AIRA solely for educational purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct: You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, manipulate progress data, upload harmful content, use automated tools, or reverse-engineer the platform.
4.3 Fair Use: Duels, XP, and stars are intended for fair competitive use. Any manipulation of the scoring system is prohibited.
5. Teacher and School Responsibilities
Teachers and schools using AIRA agree to ensure appropriate authorisation for students, use data solely for educational purposes, and comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, logos, and functionality of AIRA are the property of Constantin Keschmann / AIRA. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of AIRA without prior written permission.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep AIRA available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or discontinue the platform with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
AIRA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or meet specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRA shall not be liable for indirect losses, data loss due to user error, or harm from insecure credentials.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
